1) Monitor staff attendance and performance.
2) Solving employee’s issues on daily basis.
3) Preparing letters and internal memos.
4) Reviewing staff attendance for salary preparation and calculation of O.T.
5) Co-ordinate with all dept. for staff requirements / replacement/ recruitments.
6) Keeping track of site progress reports & inform the management if there any delays.
7) Responsible for staff transportation.
8) Proceeding and planning employee annual / emergency leave / resignations / terminations.
9) Preparing staff leave & final settlements.
10) Responsible for Staff accommodation – Reporting & co-ordinate with other dept, for maintenance.
11) Co-ordinate with PR dept. for applying new visas, RP renewals, CPR, passport renewal and related issues.
12) Maintain employee personal file with copies of all necessary documents.
13) Prepare payment request for tickets / Telephone & Electricity and any other payments for ministry.
14) Prepare payment request for LMRA & GOSI.
15) Ticket booking for the employees.
16) Responsible for staff pre-employment / medical.
17) Any other jobs assigned by the management.
