Maintain and assist in developing HR policies and procedures, ensuring their implementation and compliance with Labor legislation;
Prepare and conduct performance appraisals to understand training and development needs
Follow-up a training programs to enhance employees performance;
Prepare, update and draw up job descriptions and conduct job analysis for all the company s positions
Assist business line managers with employee holiday/vacation scheduling
Coordinate with the management about the appropriate solutions to resolve employee relations issues, and oversees employee satisfaction, and handles critical grievance issues;
Prepare employment contracts to the respective candidates;
Welcome new employees to the organization by conducting orientation
Handle the establishment of complete official personnel files;
Compose and prepare correspondence such as internal memorandums and letters to employees
Review and calculate on daily basis employee attendance, deductions, vacations, sick leaves, allowances and benefits to be used in the preparation of monthly payroll
Oversees the human resource database, ensures that software system records are accurately recorded and new information is entered.
Prepare monthly and year-end reports regarding terminations, transfers, and new hires
Receive, track and screen employment applications, visitors and telephone calls
Prepare job termination process (handles resignation, reviews warning period, issues certificate of experience, notifies NSSF, and Ministry of Labor, and settles account);
Develop and Execute Recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position
Coordinate with team members on induction and on-boarding arrangements for new employees.
Developing HR planning strategies with line managers,
Maintain complete employee records.
Process payroll on time and ensure accurate attendance data.
Date entry for all time and attendance and personnel transactions such as new hire, termination, leave of absence, benefits deductions, garnishments, etc.
Coordinate with the Accounting department on all payroll related issues.
