Responsible for providing assistance and support for Payroll Management, Recruitment, Onboarding, off-boarding and general HR matters.
• Recruitment: Advertising, sourcing, candidate screening, organizing interviews, reference checks, interview evaluations, hiring / contract approvals etc. Liaise for visa / transport / staff accommodation wherein applicable.
• Onboarding . IT requirements / seating arrangements / HR induction.
• Off boarding : Resignation acknowledgement / exit interview / visa cancellation etc.
• Payroll: Monthly payroll processing - Joinees/final settlement/updation etc.
• Leave Administration: Maintain tracker for annual / sick / casual leave.
• General Duties: Issuing salary certificates/reference letters/salary transfer letters etc, manage headcount data, Maintain Personnel files, Medical Insurance, Organization charts etc.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
