Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
You will handle and arrange Tawteen Gate and Tasheel requirements as part of the Emiratisation process, as set out by the Ministry of Labour. Your relationship between employees and the external Visa Agent is crucial in ensuring compliance with local visa requirements.
Liaise with the Company PRO to arrange necessary paperwork with the General Pension and Social Security Authority with respect to the employment of UAE and GCC Nationals working in Dubai.
To ensure that all HR matters relating to the employments of UAE Nationals are raised & brought to the fore and discussed with the HR Consultant.
To ensure that all changes in Emiritisation Laws are brought to the attention of HR as soon as changes are announced to enable the proactive management of future changes
To ensure that relationships are developed and maintained with all local Government bodies supporting Emiratisation so relationships can be leveraged to the advantage of the organization.
Coordinate with the Company PRO and the external visa Agent and administer all visa related matters within the expected timelines. This includes new visas, visa renewals for employees and their dependants, business visas, visa cancellations etc.
Monitor residence visa, business visa and passport expiry dates and ensure the renewal are dealt within the required timelines and in accordance with the legal regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate record of employee personnel information, employment details and visa information on employee personnel files and Admin files
Handle medical insurance portal and ensure that additions, deletions and employee personnel and professional changes are updated on the system.
Coordinate with HR Operations to arrange employee request letters, NOCs etc.
Manage new joiner on boarding formalities including work permit, residence visa, induction and coordinate logistic arrangements
Manage leaver formalities including visa, medical insurance cancellation and leaver formalities are completed according to the exit checklist
To support and assist manage day to day HR and Admin activities
Skills
Relevant Bachelor s Degree or higher level Minimum 1 year HR experience gained within a professional HR team Understanding of HR processes and best practice HR activity will be an added advantage Good organisation skills Calm under pressure, a flexible and creative problem solver. Sense of urgency to understand and deliver to the needs of the business. Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint Good communication skills
