Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, OD, and performance management.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.

Coordinate and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent across all business lines.

Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and organizational culture.

Conduct training needs assessments and organize learning and development programs.

Prepare HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making.

Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and contribute to organizational development projects.

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5-7 years of progressive experience in HR roles, preferably within large or multi-branch organizations.

Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.

Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.

Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Desired Candidate Profile
