Candidate is required to perform various HR functions, including

1. Coordinate for recruitment and selection as per manpower request for staff and non-staff category for various group companies including short-listing CVs, scheduling interviews, preliminary verification, issuing offer letters etc.
2. Coordinate for employee induction programs
3. Coordinating / arranging training programs
4. Carry-out documentation of training programs to fulfill IMS / ISO requirements and handle audits
5. Handle employee appraisals
6. Handle employee medical insurance claims and other activities.

HR / Human Relations / Industrial Relations

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate should be a graduate; preferably in commerce or an MBA. Should be proficient in Excel. Should have prior experience in handling HR functions like recruitment, appraisals, induction etc. Should have an excellent command over English and good coordination skills.
