• Collect manpower requirement from the division and place advertisement.
• Conduct screening interview, shortlist candidates based on the job specifications and budget, prepare summary report, forward resumes to the Division and schedule interviews with the shortlisted candidates.
• Collect required document from the selected candidates; negotiate salary and benefits based on the budget and under the guidance of the HR Head.
• Maintain personal files, prepare offers / employment contracts and documents.
• Coordinate with Admin Dept to register new employees at GOSI, Ministry of labour and to change their CPR.
• Complete joining formalities as per recruitment process and conduct induction training.
• Prepare necessary reports related to recruitment and performance of Employee.
• Prepare promotion / increment letters, warnings, termination letters, internal memos, experience certificate and or any other general correspondence.
• Serve as point of contact for Employees for any kind of support and issues related to their Employment. Understand their concerns, issues of Employees and reply to them under the Guidance of the HR Head (if required)
• Coordinate for performance appraisal, exit process of Employee.
• Follow Company’s policies & procedures in all the functions / Jobs performed.
• Take additional Responsibilities as assigned by the Division.
