Job Description
The Human Resources Executive manages and directs all human resources (HR) tasks for an organization or company. These executives sit at the top of the HR department and take the lead  when it comes to all human resources matters and functions. HR Executives must educate, train, monitor, problem-resolve and ensure company HR policy is followed amongst all employees, managers and executives.
Key Accountabilities:
• Develop connect with employees at outlet level
• Partner with Managers in Recruiting and onboarding staff as per Landmark standards and with a focus towards Local Saudi Nationals hiring
• Actively coach staff on navigating job issues, career concerns
• Ensure a balance of Organizational goals and employee needs
• Partner with Managers and coach them effective performance management, feedback and process adherence.
• Act on HR helpdesk queries by conducting investigations and taking disciplinary actions as per process
• Ensure dissemination of all important and relevant communication between the corporate and outlets
• Update and maintain recruitment & learning databases for periodic review
• Provide employee inputs (joining, letters, data changes, transfer, payroll, attendance, leave, exit) to Corporate for smooth running of processes 
• Assist periodically with special projects as required
• Preparing the payroll files by calculating the Overtime, deductions, advances etc. and maintaining the payroll process in timely manner.
