General Location: Sharjah Occupancy: full time Description Manpower Planning.
Short listing CVs & interviewing candidates for the vacant position according to the recruitment plan.
Coordinate with concerned department managers for the interview arrangement.
Issuing offer letter the selected candidates.
Responsible for the employment visa process.
Managing on board activities & exit formalities.
Conduct Induction for new joiners.
5.2) Payroll Management
Manage and monitor attendance & leave.
Manage and monitor HR software applications, report etc.
Prepare Salary Payroll and overtime pay
Responsible for employees` leave salary arrangment.
5.5) Legal & Admin/Insurances
Responsible for license application, renewal etc.
Land Renewal, Vehicle Registration etc
Manage and verify all company contracts with employees.
Taking care of all new and renewal of insurance such as Medical Insurance, Workmen Compensation, Plant & Machinery, Vehicle insurance, Public Liability insurance etc.
Ensure the staff apartments are renewed within the specified budget upon timely approval from the Management.
Act as a key person for coordinating with Free zone Authority.
5.6) Resignation/Termination
Deal with Resignation/Termination of employees.
Prepare final settlement and arrange visa cancellation.
Conduct Exit Interviews.
5.7) Other Responsibilities
Review and ensure effectiveness of day to day functions of the Human Resources department including training, discipline and employee relations.
Ensure employees` grievances are handled and sorted out as per company procedure.
Maintain accurate records of the employees.
Design and implement human resources policies as per company standard
Provide legal advice to the senior Management on HR matters.
Develop and review Employee Handbook when it is necess Requirements Experience: 5 years Bachelor degree Educational Qualification and Experience
Recognized diploma in HRM or its equivalent
3 to 4 years relevant experience as HR Generalist;
Preferably with experience from manufacturing, marine/offshore environment
Strong understanding of local employment regulations and HR practices
Able to keep up with constant updates on labour/market changes
6.2 Skills and Abilities
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Independent and pro-active with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
Good analytical, organizational skills
