Job Summary:
We are now looking for a Human Resources Manager to provide HR support to Managed services Organization across Middle East and Africa, In addition to that the person will be the HR Country Manager for Levant Countries. Deep experience providing HR solutions, services and support in a multiple country environment essential. Exposure to Telecommunications industry useful. Demonstrable capability in maintaining industrial and employee relations, implementing HR processes, tools, programs, practices, people strategies and solutions, facilitating local execution of organizational change initiatives and programs, ensuring compliance and advising and supporting Line Mangers and HR BPs on people related challenges required.
Responsibilities:
-HR Solutions, service delivery and support to the Managed Services organization across 40+ countries.
-Business Partnering - working with Leaders on Workforce Planning & Optimization, Talent Management, Learning & Development, hiring for senior roles
-Change management and communications
-Transition of employees as part of outsourcing deals
-Local HR service delivery and support to Levant Countries ( Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Jordan )
-Local execution of global processes (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Rewards, Learning & Development, Human Resources Operations)
-You will work to build employee engagement in the country dimension (local/Business Unit/Region)
-Local partner management, and compliance (incl. local authorities, EWC & SOX)
-Represent Human Resources on local management and governance team
Key Qualifications:
-Education: Bachelor or Masters degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
-Experience in the HR functional area.
-Min years of experience: 10
-Human Resources and Disciplines Knowledge
-Labor Relations, Laws and Legislation Knowledge
-Presenting and Communicating Information
-Deciding and Initiating Action
-Delivering Results & Meeting Customer Expectations
