Performing searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media advertisements, job fairs.
• Attracting applicants & creating a database of C Vs for applicants matching the required criteria for the major jobs & continuously update this database.
• Making first call for the interview to determine the time and date.
• Checking the completeness of all the hiring credentials & Proceeding with all the hiring documents including contract, social insurance form no 1, medical care coverage form.
• Creating a fingerprint for the newly hired employees & completing all the data on the attendance system software.
• Communicating with the medical care provider in all the approvals related to scans, labs, and operations
• Handling all the issues related to the social insurance office with all the needed documentation.
• Preparation for the training rounds which will be conducted in and out of the company.
• Coordinating with the Training providers, getting their Training calendars & search for new providers to meet the organization needs.
• Reviewing and processing the attendance reports (including the entry of vacations, missions, unpaid leaves..etc) of employees and sharing in the preparations of salary variables on a monthly basis.
• Handling all administrative tasks related to HR.

HR / Human Relations / Industrial Relations

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience as an HR Generalist
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
• Excellent communication and people skills
• BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
• Additional HR training is a plus.
• Living nearby (Maadi & its surroundings)
• excellent command of both written and spoken English
