HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the recruitment of selected positions (advertising, short listing, interviewing and selection process)
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions
• Support training and development initiatives in collaboration with department heads
• Maintain and update employee records.
• Prepare employment letters and other HR related documents.
• Support with health insurance administration and the annual renewal process.
• Monitor and manage employees leave, medical and other benefits as well as time management.
• Coordinate (business) travel arrangements for employees.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports as required
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and always company policies.
• Contribute to the implementation of HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects.Company Description
