To Supports HRBP in recruitment, training, performance management for staff level, engagment activites and implementing HR operation systems that will enable the HR Dept. to meet its Business Objectives.
Supervision of Subordinates
Organize and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of the Administration section activity is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy.
Budgets and Plans
Manage the recruitment & training budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
Recommend improvements to policy and direct the implementation of instructions covering all areas of Administration activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
Day- to-day operations
Supervises the day-to-day operations of Administration Dept. to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures.
Implement strategy and plans of the HR Business Support function in line with the business needs and objectives.
Implementing the social activity plan in the proper way

Improving the employee moral through implementing the social activity plan.
Recruitment & Training
Establishes recruiting & training requirements for 14 & below studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
Achieving the agreed KPIs with social team.
Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps).
Standards & Regulations
Ensure that all activities are monitored and regulatory compliance audits and inspections are conducted for an effective implementation of regulatory standards.
Supervise the implementation of projects to ensure that the project cycle is completed, meeting agreed project parameters (cost budget, timelines, scope and quality), standards and objectives.
Stimulate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of section systems, processes and practices taking into account international best practice , improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Supervise the preparation of timely and accurate reports of recruitment & training to meet Savola and department requirements, policies and standards.
Health, Safety, & Environment
Monitor the adherence to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills
Education: Bachelor s Degree in Public Administrations or relevant field.
Languages: English & Arabic.
Experience: 4 6 years relevant experience.
