Cequens HR Lead position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. The successful HR Lead acts as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management, the HR Lead seeks to develop integrated solutions. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization vision.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provides guidance and input on group restructures and workforce planning, along with organization design.
• Handles the staffing & selection process to deliver against agreed staffing plans.
• Implements the Pre-boarding / on-boarding and Off-boarding program of company s Joiners.
• Implements actions resulting from our Employees Engagement survey within a specific timeline and ensures actions related to the department managers/heads follow the same.
• Provides performance management guidance to line management.
• Involves an integrated, systematic approach for identifying, developing, and retaining capable and skilled employees in line with current and projected business objectives.
• Manages the admin team.
• Creates, edit and reviews all legal Documentation (Social Insurance, Labor office, Zakat, CITC, etc.).
• Deals with FTE and outsourcing employees.
• Handles meeting and annual events.
• Conducts monthly meetings with the assigned departments.
• Assesses employees capabilities and designs their individual development plans.
• Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure that training objectives are met.
• Manages full payroll cycle including but not limited to new employees enrollment, attendance audit, annual vacation settlement, salary calculation, end of service settlement etc.
• Maintains personnel files.
