Roles & Responsibilities

Supervising and documenting all day to day HR operations.

  • Maintaining the work structure by updating job descriptions and job requirements for all positions.
  • Maintaining organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing and interviewing program and counseling managers on candidate selection.
  • Preparing employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Maintaining a pay plan by conducting periodic salary surveys.
  • Planning and monitoring performance appraisal.
  • Negotiating contracts with service providers such as (medical insurance, hotels, gym and all employee benefits).
  • Creating an effective filing system for all employee documents.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business administration or a related field.
  • Good Knowledge about Egyptian labor law and Social Insurance Law.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • English Skills.
  • Strong Planning and organizing skills.
  • Strong analytical, management and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Time management skills.
