1)Creation, application, and execution of recruitment Policy. Recruitment and Sourcing at all levels starting from Junior to Senior profiles for admin staff as well as teachers. Leadership & organization of recruitment events, including advertising, Walk-In Interviews, Internal and contract recruitment, job portal management etc.
2)New Employee Onboarding (Making sure all the internal process is done from Induction to buddy program and other processes as per SOP and HR Policies are followed)
3)Record and verification of attendance and payroll for all staff members.
4)Maintaining proper employee files and records.
5)Ensure the completion of all the employee visa/work permit related processes as per the law of UAE.
6)Maintaining the leave records of all the employees as per the SOP. Performing the leave management duties as per the policy of the company.
7)Training & staff development: Creation, application and execution of Staff Training & development, policy & procedure formulation within an agreed strategy. Formulation of effective training programs for both Teachers and Admin staff.
8)HR Records & Reports: Maintenance of HR Database, ensuring that it is accurate, complete and factual at all times. Transmission of these data, as required, to Finance or other departments within the company. Provision of appropriate, accurate and timely information as may be required by the Management team.
9)Legal Compliance: Compliance with the legal and statutory requirements relating to the employment of local and expatriate staff in UAE. Legal Compliance with respect to Labour Laws, Health & Safety legislation and environmental requirements
10)Disciplinary Procedure and Policy: Creation, application and execution of Disciplinary Policy & procedure, within an agreed strategy. Leadership of disciplinary issues, including maintenance of records and issuance of notices to staff. Counseling of staff where performance or behavioral issues given reason to believe that disciplinary measures are need or likely to be needed. Termination of staff contracts for disciplinary or any other valid reasons. Exit interview analysis for all departing staff and report presentation to the managementt team.
11)Formulating of Various Policies: Employee Handbook, Training Policy, Recruitment Policy, Attendance policy, Leave Policy, Travel Policy etc
12)Perform any other new initiatives assigned by the management to the department.
13)Working towards increasing the loyalty and sincerity of the employees towards the company and their duties while maintaining the morale and motivation through their term.
