The purpose of this role is to achieve organizational goals by bringing the people and organization together. This position aims at Acquiring, Training, Appraising and Compensating employees and attend to their labor relations and fairness concerns.

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Description:

• Candidates should have 10-15 years of experience.
• Should have experience in overseeing the human resource department in a mid to large-scale manufacturing, firm in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Should have knowledge of KSA Labour Law.
• Candidate should have experience in planning, monitoring & appraisal of employees, resolving employee grievances, counselling employees & supervisors.
• Must be good at KSA labour law and compliance management pertaining to various ministries including visa norms
• Saudi Nationals or Arabic speaking resource is preferred.
• The ideal candidate should be able to build strong relationships with executive management of Katerra & should be able to handle HR operations including compliances for required offices/factory in Riyadh/Jeddah.
• Maintains and develops HR policies, ensuring compliance and to contribute the development of corporate HR policies in conjunction with the senior management.
• Should have exposure to Involvement in Manpower Planning and Budgets
• Must have handled processes various HR processes pertaining to Employee life cycle management, HR Operations, Performance Management System, Reward & Recognition, Compensation & Benefit & Training & Development
• Supervising Admin requirements apart from factory supervision
• Ideal candidate should have worked in a credible and reputable organization, MNC preferred

Education –

• Must be MBA with 12-15 yrs of work experience with mid-size/large scale manufacturing MNC organization
• Must be Fluent Arabic & English speaking & writing ,
• Knowledge of using Microsoft office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Be able to work under pressure against strict deadlines
