Reporting directly to the HR Business Partner, the HR Manager will be responsible for overall point of contact for all human resources functions in Saudi Arabia.
The role will be responsible for enhancing the organisation s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Key accountabilities includes providing HR Leadership, facilitating organisational design, managing talent acquisition, on-boarding new employees, facilitating capability development, driving employee engagement, facilitating performance management process, facilitating the reward process, enforcing compliance adherence and overseeing employee services responsibilities.
The role will require close interaction with colleagues in Corporate HR, Line Managers, the wider global business as well as our external partners and government authorities.
Bachelor s degree
Have 5-10 years experience in a HR management role in Saudi Arabia
Saudi Labour legislation
Comprehension in HR tactics, tools, policies and procedures
Fluent in English and Arabic
Educational or professional HR qualification
Should be located in Riyadh Saudi Arabia
