Our client is now recruiting for an HR Manager
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Develop & implement HR policies and procedures aligned with the company strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Analyse & produce error free payroll as per UAE labour law.
Responsible for HR activities such as employee relations, HR operation, employee compensation & benefits (Leaves, EOSB).
Report to management and provide decision through HR metrics.
Work with department managers to create and update job descriptions.
Build and manage a performance appraisal system that drive high performance.
Dealing with any kind of employee including labours.
Skills of delivering HR service to all levels of the business;
Have a hands-on approach to HR;
Must be able to work in a fast paced/changing environment;
Must be able to establish credibility quickly;
A high degree of resilience, perseverance and commitment is essential;
Have strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with a variety of styles, personalities and diverse areas of the company;
Have a high level of communication skills both oral and written in English and preference will be given to German/French speaker;
Must be approachable at all times and in all situations;
Having experience in abroad reporting;
Be able to gain the respect and trust of others
