Job Description:
* Support talent acquisition through posting new openings, conducting phone screens, coordinating interviews
* On boarding of new hires
* Plan and promote team volunteer activities
* Drive positive culture change and associate engagement
* Collect and maintain associate data
* Coordinate and manage facility related requests
* Maintain office supplies
Job skills:
* Bachelors and a minimum of 2 years experience preferably within a software engineering company
* Strong written and verbal communication, administrative, prioritization, and organizational skills.
* Previous experience creating spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations, and using Microsoft Outlook.
* Ability to type 50-55 wpm
* Capacity to work independently on projects, handle a wide variety of activities and maintain confidentiality in support of the business.
* Conducting Presentations
* Proficiency using Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint
