Job Description:
• Update the holidays staff database with any approved holidays requests collected
• Create new employee s files under DMS
• Arrange and organise events
• Interviews scheduling: planning, follow up with candidates and recruitment agencies
• Publication of job offers
• Organise new joiner start day
• Meeting organisation: catering, book conference rooms
• Management and follow-up of legal documents
• Prepare letters for the General Assembly
Job Requirements:
• Available immediately
• Organization skills
• Analytical Skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• 0-2 years of experience (preferably internships in HR or Finance)
• Minimum Bachelor s degree
• Communication Skills
• Interpersonal Understanding
• Flexibility
