1) Recruitment:
- Make the man power plan at the beginning of each project;
- Handle the sourcing, screening, hiring, reference checking and hiring;
- Handle on boarding.
2) Employee Relations:
- Evaluate the work related problems by taking appropriate measures and discussing with the management to design plans of action;
- Counsel and advise the employees on their personal and professional problems.
3) Administration:
- Handle all administrative tasks of employees.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in HR or related field;
- 2 to 3 years of experience;
- Strong ability to work independently, organize work, meet deadlines, maintain composure, prioritize work under pressure, coordinate multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
