Supervises employees performing the full range of humanresources (HR) services.
Develops internal office policies and procedures in the areasapplicable to the nonappropriated fund (NAF) HR Program.
Performs site visits to serviced activities, analyzes trends,measures performance, generates reports and develops proactivestrategies for continuous process improvement in HR servicing.
Audits subordinate work and existing records to ensurecompliance with Army regulation.
Identifies weaknesses and strengths of provided services.
One year experience in the same field.
Well versed in MS Office.
Good communication skills in English.
