Accountable for delivering satisfactory HR administrative function (Recruitment, Training, Employee Relations and Compensation & Benefits). Serve as a central point of liaison with other department in the resolution of a variety of day-today HR concerns and ensuring compliance with government laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to the documentation of employment of local and expatriate personnel. Assists in the execution of human resources management policies and procedures; and reviews, processes, and makes recommendations on requests for human resources actions.
Should be a graduate, preferably with a specialization in HR, and around 3-4 years experience in a HR generalist role.
