Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews while ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update the company s recruitment database and records.
  • Conduct reference checks, prepare offer letters, and support the onboarding process.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuously enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring performance.

Qualifications

  • 1 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn and job posting platforms.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in technical or engineering recruitment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HR systems or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment processes.
  • Demonstrated initiative and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
