Strategic
Participate in the development of strategies and objectives of the department
Ensure the implementation of the department s overall strategy and business plan
Ensure the implementation of the department s policies and procedures
Manage delegated budgets
Operational
Direct the formulation and implementation of processes, policies and procedures for effective management of Human Resources across THE COMPANY in-line with related rules and regulations
Ensure proper development and implementation of HR related programs which includes (Manpower plan, Recruitment plan, performance management, grading structure, salary scale, career paths, succession planning, training plan, change management)
Ensure that appropriate communication channels are in place to inform all managers and supervisors in THE COMPANY on current HR policies /processes / procedures and also broadly on the labor law regulations prevailing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Interact with the IT Division and EPR Department to ensure appropriate IT System-driven solutions are configured and deployed for enabling HR Services across THE COMPANY
Propose operating expenditure budget for his area of operations and monitor utilization against approved budget
Participate in management and/or evaluative meetings on specific areas of business for collective decision-making
Lead the negotiation process with prospective candidates for higher-level positions with respect to terms and conditions of employment, salary, grade, benefits etc.
Conduct periodic meetings with subordinates to ensure that priorities are clear and the work is running smoothly
Coordinate with other Divisions/ Departments regarding work priorities and ensure work is flowing smoothly
Approve all business transactions in-line with delegated authorities
Requirements
• Minimum bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field
• MBA or a Master s in a relevant field is a plus
• Excellent computer proficiency/ skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic (in writing, reading and speaking)
*This position is open only for Saudi Nationals.
