Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Senior Specialist to manage and oversee the day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in onboarding, offboarding, payroll, recruitment, employee relations, and HR systems, with a sound understanding of the Saudi Labor Law and experience working with government portals. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure seamless support to employees and compliance with labour regulations.

Responsibilities:

Onboarding & Offboarding:

Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.

Ensure a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.

Conduct orientation sessions and exit interviews.

Recruitment Support:

Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with candidates.

Support recruitment documentation and maintain recruitment records.

Payroll & Leaves:

Support monthly payroll processing including overtime, bonuses, and deductions.

Track and manage employee attendance, vacation, and sick leave records.

Ensure accuracy and compliance in leave balances and accruals.

Employee Relations & Support:

Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

Address day-to-day HR issues while ensuring confidentiality and fairness.

Assist in resolving employee grievances in accordance with company policy and labour laws.

Contracts & Documentation:

Draft and maintain employee contracts and amendments.

Ensure all employee documentation is updated and compliant with legal requirements.

Government Relations:

Work with government portals such as GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, and HRDF.

End of Service:

Calculate end-of-service benefits and process final settlements in line with Saudi Labor Law.

Ensure timely clearance and documentation for departing employees.

Medical Insurance:

Coordinate employee medical insurance registration, renewals, and claims.

Liaise with insurance providers to resolve issues.

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure HR operations are aligned with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.

Prepare regular reports for management on HR metrics and activities.

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Solid understanding of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in working with government platforms (GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, etc.).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Experience with HRMS is a plus.
  • CIPD and SHRM certifications are a plus.
