Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:
Administrative management of the employee lifecycle in accordance with French regulations and applicable company agreements: managing contracts and amendments, updating personal data, monitoring medical check-ups, verifying HR data, etc.
Handling activities related to social and regulatory reporting.
Managing processes linked to time and attendance tools: employee profile management, time-off balances and schedules, preparation of payroll variables, and consistency checks between the time tracking system and payroll.
Monitoring and coordinating actions with admin, HR, and payroll teams, sharing relevant information to ensure collaborative work.
Managing employee benefits processes, such as health and life insurance coverage and savings plans.
Preparing payroll variables and performing related checks in line with the defined calendar.
Required Skills:
Minimum Bac+2 (or equivalent) in Human Resources, or significant experience in the French HR field.
Fluent French
Knowledge of the French labor regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
Attention to detail, quality- and deadline-oriented, with strict confidentiality.
Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work with remote employees and colleagues.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, ensuring excellent communication.
Analytical and synthesis skills.
Adaptability to change and ability to work in a matrix environment.
Preferred Skills:
Professional proficiency in English.
Knowledge of the new French metallurgy collective agreement
Familiarity with HR systems, especially Workday.
Knowledge of time and attendance tools (particularly Octime) and applicable working time regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
