Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, contracts, probation, confirmation, and offboarding.

  • Prepare HR documents: offer letters, employment contracts, job descriptions, warnings, memos, NOCs, salary certificates.

  • Maintain employee files, HR records, attendance, leave, overtime, and HR reports.

  • Ensure HR operations comply with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.

  • Handle all HR tasks on major KSA portals:

    • GOSI – registration, salary updates, contribution management.

    • Qiwa – digital contracts, employee transfer, work authorization.

    • Muqeem – Iqama renewal, exit/re‑entry visas, final exit.

    • Mudad – payroll compliance, WPS, wage protection.

    • Absher – visa services and employee status updates.

    • HRDF / Taqat – Saudization programs, job postings, employee support.

    • ZATCA – basic compliance for employee‑related financial matters.

  • Ensure 100% compliance with WPS, Saudization, and KSA labor regulations.

  • Assist in preparing monthly payroll, overtime, deductions, and allowances.

  • Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with Mudad and WPS.

  • Maintain confidentiality of employee salary data.

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

  • Support performance appraisal cycles and KPI tracking.

  • Promote positive employee engagement and workplace culture.

  • Draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.

  • Ensure HR documentation aligns with Saudi Labor Law and company standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  2. 2–5 years HR experience in Saudi Arabia (mandatory).

  3. Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR compliance.

  4. Hands‑on experience with GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, Absher.

  5. Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

  6. Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.

  7. Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Skills

  1. Experience in contracting, manpower supply, or industrial sectors.

  2. Knowledge of Saudization requirements and HRDF programs.

  3. Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

  4. Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
