Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Support recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Help with onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation.
- Participate in training and development initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information at all times.
- Contribute to projects and assignments aimed at improving HR efficiency and employee engagement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources,Business Administration, or a related field.
- Eligible for the Tamheer Program (registered with HRDF and not currently employed).
- Saudi national.
ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. proficient in microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint). eagerness to learn and develop within the hr field. strong communication and interpersonal skills. attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
