Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Transformation Project Manager to lead and drive strategic HR change initiatives across our organization in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in non-technical HR transformation and change management, with a proven record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of HR operations and foster a culture of continuous improvement.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end HR transformation programs, from discovery and design through implementation and post-go-live evaluation
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, training programs, and adoption metrics
  • Partner with HR, IT, finance and business leaders to ensure cross-functional alignment and integration of transformation objectives
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget and resources, applying best-in-class project management methodologies
  • Monitor project performance using KPIs and deliver regular status reports to senior leadership
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues, implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather requirements, validate designs and drive consensus
  • Champion continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and embedding best practices into future initiatives

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 10–15 years of hands-on experience managing HR transformation projects in a corporate environment
  • Proven expertise in non-technical change management methodologies and tools
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement end-to-end HR processes (e.g., talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development)
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging executives and cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Change Management or related discipline
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP)
  • Project management certification (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent)
  • Experience with HRIS implementations (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday)
  • Prior experience working in a matrixed or multinational organization in the MENA region
