Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Set the organization's HSE vision and strategy.

  • Lead corporate HSE governance and compliance.

  • Drive safety culture transformation across all operations.

  • Oversee audits, risk management, and incident investigations.

  • Advise executive management and represent the company before clients and regulatory authorities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 20+ Years of Progressive HSE Experience

  • Extensive experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Petrochemical, Infrastructure, or Construction sectors, with at least 10 years in senior leadership positions.

  • Strong Corporate HSE Leadership & Governance

  • Proven ability to develop and implement corporate HSE strategies, policies, governance frameworks, and safety culture initiatives across multiple business units.

  • NEBOSH Diploma & ISO Lead Auditor Certifications

  • NEBOSH International Diploma (or equivalent) along with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certifications.

  • Large Workforce & Multi-Project Management Experience

  • Demonstrated experience leading HSE functions for large organizations, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and overseeing workforces of 20,000+ employees.

  • GCC / ADNOC & Regulatory Compliance Expertise

  • Extensive experience with ADNOC, UAE regulations, international HSE standards, corporate audits, incident investigations, and stakeholder management at executive level.
