Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and proactive HSE Engineer to ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across all project activities. The ideal candidate must be currently based in the UAE and hold valid NEBOSH, OSHAD, and other recognized safety certifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and management systems in line with UAE regulations and international standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments, job safety analysis (JSA), and hazard identification across project sites.
  • Carry out regular site inspections and internal audits to ensure compliance with safety procedures.
  • Prepare HSE plans, reports, and documentation for management and client submission.
  • Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and recommend corrective/preventive measures.
  • Coordinate with OSHAD, Civil Defense, and other UAE regulatory authorities to maintain compliance.
  • Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees and subcontractors.
  • Support project teams in developing method statements and risk assessments.
  • Ensure implementation of emergency response and fire prevention programs.
