Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with Transco and other regulatory standards, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HSE plans, procedures, and training programs tailored to Transco's specific operational needs and project requirements.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, determining root causes and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve safety performance.
  • Provide expert HSE guidance and support to project teams, contractors, and stakeholders, fostering a strong safety culture and promoting proactive risk management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in HSE principles.
  • Holds a valid Transco approval, demonstrating the necessary qualifications and experience to work on Transco projects.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent, showcasing a commitment to professional development and industry standards.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE roles within the oil and gas or utilities industry, specifically on Transco projects.
