HSE Engineer Trojan Construction Group – SP LLC

Experience:

5–10 years (construction / infrastructure / building projects)

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Safety Engineering)

Certifications (Mandatory):

• NEBOSH IGC (or equivalent)
• OSHA / IOSH (advantage)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor project HSE plans and procedures
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and client requirements
• Review and approve Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS)
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety assessments
• Lead accident, incident, and near-miss investigations with root-cause analysis
• Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and training programs
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Engineers, and subcontractors on safety matters
• Prepare HSE reports, statistics, and documentation for management and clients
• Ensure proper implementation of Permit to Work (PTW) systems

Key Skills:

• Strong construction safety and HSE management knowledge
• Experience with audits, incident investigation, and reporting
• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple site safety activities independently
