Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor the company's HSE management system in line with local regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality, AD EHS).
Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations.
Conduct HSE inductions and ongoing training for all site staff and workers.
Ensure all site activities comply with HSE legal requirements and company policies.
Maintain all HSE documentation, records, permits, and licenses.
Lead toolbox talks and safety committee meetings.
Monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of proven UAE experience in the construction industry.
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Recognized HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA) are highly advantageous.
Thorough knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Proactive, vigilant, and able to enforce safety standards without compromise.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
