Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Implement and monitor the project HSE Management System in compliance with DEWA SP06 and DM safety standards.
Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and hazard analysis at all stages of project execution (civil, erection, and piling works).
Ensure compliance with method statements, risk assessments (MSRA), and permit-to-work systems
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE training sessions for site personnel.
Investigate and report accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
Coordinate with DEWAs HSE representatives and project management for regular audits and inspections.
Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, incident reports, and weekly/monthly safety performance reports.
Ensure proper implementation of environmental management plans, including waste management and pollution control.
Promote a positive safety culture across all site teams and subcontractors.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: Bachelors degree / Diploma in Electrical, NEBOSH IGC
Minimum 4 years experience in OHL Construction/Maintenance
Good Knowledge on Over Headline Projects, DEWAs SP06, DM safety regulations, and UAE construction safety standards
Experience of Dubai market specially DEWA standards, DM Standards mandatory
