Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, review, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and management system documentation aligned with ISO standards
Maintain and update the legal register to ensure full regulatory compliance
Conduct audits, gap analyses, and recommend improvements to strengthen safety performance
Lead corrective and preventive action planning in response to audit findings and operational feedback
Support project teams with incident investigations, training evaluation, and field performance audits
Liase with clients and other stakeholders when required
Provide office administrative support as directed by the Head of Department.
Qualifications & Certifications
Bachelor s degree, preferring Engineering Graduate.
8+ years experience as HSE Engineer, preferably within construction
NEBOSH International General Certificate,
Level 6 Diploma,
ISO 45001 Lead Auditor
ISO 14001 Lead Auditor
Required Skills
IMS implementation and management experience
Strong expertise in audits, compliance, workforce evaluation, and behavioural safety
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural construction environment and liaise with clients and stakeholders
A passionate and innovative mindset, committed to advancing safety excellence
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 8 years of experience as an HSE Engineer, preferably in construction.
Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH and ISO Lead Auditor qualifications are required.
