HSE Inspector Trojan Construction Group

Job Purpose:
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on construction sites by monitoring activities, identifying hazards, and enforcing safety standards to protect workers and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify unsafe conditions and practices.
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations, codes, and company policies.
• Report hazards, prepare inspection findings, and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work procedures.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and prepare reports.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions for workers.
• Coordinate with site management to implement safety measures and corrective actions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH).
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and risk assessment procedures.
• Good communication, observation, and reporting skills.
