Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and procedures tailored to specific project needs, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards, ensuring timely corrective actions are taken to mitigate risks.
  • Lead incident investigations, analyzing root causes and recommending preventive measures to enhance workplace safety.
  • Facilitate HSE training programs and workshops for employees at all levels, fostering a culture of safety awareness and accountability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in construction, oil and gas, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent, showcasing a commitment to HSE excellence.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HSE programs that resulted in measurable improvements.
