Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1)Develop and implement Corporate HSE strategy
2)Lead HSE governance across all projects and business units
3)Ensure compliance with ADNOC, UAE, and international standards
4)Drive safety culture and corporate responsibility initiatives
5)Manage corporate audits, incident investigations, and performance reporting
6)Lead large HSE teams across multiple locations
Desired Candidate Profile
1)NEBOSH Diploma / Equivalent
3)ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 Lead Auditor Certification
20+ years of HSE experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Petrochemical, or Construction projects
5)Proven experience managing large HSE teams and multi-project operations
6)Experience handling a workforce strength of 25,000+ employees preferred
7)Strong corporate HSE governance, compliance, auditing, and leadership skills
8)GCC / ADNOC project experience is highly preferred.
