HSE Manager

Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive HSE management system aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with all applicable local and international HSE regulations and standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees at all levels.
Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Manage and coordinate emergency response plans and procedures.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and other stakeholders on HSE matters.
Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, including incident rates, near misses, and safety observations.
Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
Provide leadership and guidance to HSE team members.
Oversee risk assessments and hazard analyses for all company activities.
Manage waste disposal and environmental management activities in accordance with regulations.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Minimum of 15 years of experience as an HSE Engineer, with progressive experience in management roles.
Extensive work experience in infrastructure projects, pipelines, and house connections is mandatory.
Thorough knowledge of HSE regulations and standards in the UAE and internationally.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective HSE management systems.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
