1. Compliance Assurance- Ensure strict adherence to local and international health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to our manufacturing operations.
2. Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential workplace hazards and implement preventive measures.
3. Training and Education: Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors to raise awareness and promote safe practices.
4. Incident Investigation: Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses, and provide recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
5. Emergency Response: Develop and maintain emergency response plans, conduct drills, and coordinate responses to emergencies or incidents.
6. Safety Audits: Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify non-compliance issues and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
7. Environmental Management: Monitor environmental performance, including waste management, emissions, and resource conservation, and implement strategies to minimize the environmental impact of our operations.
8. Reporting: Prepare and submit HSE reports to regulatory authorities as required and maintain accurate records of safety and environmental data.
9. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HSE performance and recommend initiatives to enhance safety and sustainability.
