Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and policies
Conduct risk assessments and safety audits
Develop and implement HSE plans and training programs
Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
Monitor workplace safety and promote HSE awareness
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field; ISO certification (e.g., ISO 45001, NEBOSH) preferred
- Experience: 2-5 years in HSE role, preferably in manufacturing or construction
- Skills: Risk assessment, incident investigation, auditing, and training
- Knowledge: HSE regulations, laws, and industry standards
- Personal attributes: Proactive, strong communication, and problem-solving skills
