HSE Officer (Trakhees Approved ) Geoharbour Middle East

We are seeking an experienced HSE Officer with 5-7 years of experience to oversee and regulate all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements at project sites. The HSE Officer will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and maintaining a culture of safety across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and audits of site operations to ensure compliance with statutory HSE regulations.
• Inspect and maintain all relevant files, forms, and registers to verify that routine safety tests and inspections are conducted and properly recorded.
• Monitor adherence to site safety rules and issue warnings or improvement notices for rectification in cases of non-compliance or unsatisfactory safety performance.
• Promote safety awareness through site induction training, safety briefings, and coordination of in-house or external training programs for workers and supervisors.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date site safety files and records, ensuring submission of monthly safety reports to the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders.
• Enforce and monitor site safety and security measures in alignment with company HSE policies.
• Actively contribute to the development and implementation of the company’s HSE policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify potential hazards and develop proactive risk mitigation strategies.
