Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description – HSE Officer Company: MECHATRON Energy Solutions L.L.C Location: Al Quoz, Dubai, U.A.E. Department: Contracting Projects
Key Responsibilities: * Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies on site. * Conduct daily site inspections and identify potential hazards. * Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company HSE standards. * Prepare and conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training. * Investigate accidents, incidents, near-misses, and prepare reports. * Maintain updated HSE documentation, checklists, and records. * Ensure workers are using PPE and following correct safety procedures. * Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure safe practices. * Stop unsafe work and immediately report violations to management. * Support emergency response planning and drills. Experience Required: * 2–4 years experience as HSE Officer in construction projects. * Experience in façade/aluminium cladding sites is an advantage. * NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent safety certification preferred.
