HSE Officer Sourcet Global Solution

We are hiring HSE Officer for Leading well known group of companies in the UAE.

Responsibilities

1-Site Inspections & Audits: Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, non-compliance issues, and at-risk behaviors. You will document findings and recommend corrective actions.

2-Incident Investigation: Assist in the investigation of all accidents, incidents, and near-misses. You'll help determine root causes and develop effective preventative measures to avoid recurrence.

3-Risk Assessment: Participate in conducting risk assessments (RA) and job safety analyses (JSA) for various operational activities to ensure risks are identified and controlled.

4-Compliance & Reporting: Monitor compliance with local, national, and company HSE regulations. You will assist in preparing regular HSE performance reports and maintaining all necessary safety documentation.

5-Emergency Preparedness: Support the development and implementation of emergency response plans. Participate in drills and exercises to ensure all personnel are prepared for potential emergencies.

6-Safety Culture: Actively promote a positive safety culture by engaging with employees at all levels, encouraging feedback, and championing safe work practices.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an HSE role, preferably within solar industry.

- NEBOSH Certification is a MUST.

- UAE diving license is a MUST.

- Site work.

- Working days & hours: Monday to Saturday-8am to 5 pm.

-- Valid UAE residency Visa, preferably Free-lance Visa ( company does not provide Visa)
