Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct daily site inspections, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and incident investigation across ROW, road construction, and landscaping operations.
Enforce environmental and safety controls specific to corridor clearance, earthworks, traffic management, and agro-chemical handling — with stop-work authority for imminent risks.
Prepare HSE reports, manage CAPAs, and ensure 100% regulatory compliance with zero LTI target.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of field HSE experience.
Proven experience working on linear infrastructure projects requiring ROW management.
NEBOSH IGC Level 3 and OSHAD mandatory.
Experience with contractor HSE management, including subcontractor prequalification and oversight.
