Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures & compliance • Conduct site inspections, risk assessments & safety audits • Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and standards • Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks & training programs • Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions • Work closely with operations, site teams & management
Desired Candidate Profile
• Proven experience as an HSE Specialist / Officer • Strong knowledge of UAE HSE laws & industry standards • NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent certification (mandatory) • Experience in construction / manufacturing / industrial environments preferred • Strong reporting, communication & stakeholder coordination skills
