Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview: Leads health, safety, and environmental initiates to ensure safe operations, particularly for liing and equipment handling (per near-miss report PESCO-HSE-NM-20250927-001).
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee HSE compliance, including Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems for lifting operations.
• Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, and area inspections.
• Supervise HSE Officers and ensure training compliance.
• Investigate near-misses and implement corrective actions.
• Liaise with legal authorities for regulatory compliance
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety & NEBOSH Diploma certification required.
• 5+ years of HSE experience in industrial settings.
• Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and lifting safety standards.
• Leadership and communication skills
